Founded in 2006, TRG operates internationally with offices across EMEA, North America, and APAC.THE OPPORTUNITY:Client Partner — Healthcare Portfolio (80% Provider // 20% payer)Location: Eastern U.S. (open to Eastern/Central time zones)Compensation: $200k-$250k base + variableRole OverviewThis role owns and grows a ~$20M healthcare portfolio across 5–6 strategic accounts, with an 80% provider focus and 20% payer focus.The portfolio includes health systems, providers, medtech organizations, and select payer accounts with meaningful but underpenetrated growth potential.This is not passive account coverage. The mandate is disciplined account expansion, wallet share growth, and executive relationship building.Candidate needs a degree of technical competence with IT infrastructure services such as cloud computing, network management, data storage, cybersecurity, helpdesk/service desk, app and IT support.What You’ll Do• Drive profitable growth across strategic healthcare accounts• Lead renewals, expansion initiatives, and account growth planning• Identify opportunities across AI, data, digital engineering, modernization, cloud, and application services• Build and strengthen executive relationships across provider and payer organizations• Partner closely with delivery, operations, and leadership teams to expand strategic footprint• Increase wallet share across existing enterprise healthcare clientsWhat Success Looks Like• Measurable wallet share growth across the portfolio• Expansion beyond incumbent project scope• Strong executive-level healthcare client relationships• Clear multi-year growth plans across assigned accounts• Commercial rigor across multiple enterprise accounts simultaneouslyWhat You’ll Bring• Proven experience managing multiple enterprise healthcare accounts• Background selling healthcare IT services, digital engineering, data, AI, or modernization services• Strong consultative selling mindset• Track record driving renewals, cross-sell, and expansion motions• Experience navigating provider and/or payer organizations• Ability to prioritize growth opportunities across a complex portfolio• Comfortable operating in a high-accountability, growth-oriented environment
