We’re looking for a motivated Service Technician to join our growing team and help our customers enjoy cleaner, better-tasting water. Position Overview As a Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing residential and commercial water treatment systems—including softeners, reverse osmosis units, and filtration systems. This role requires strong technical skills, a mechanical mindset, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Install, service, and repair Culligan water treatment equipment Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance Deliver salt and filters as needed for customer routes Communicate effectively with customers and team members Maintain accurate service records and ensure job completion Follow all safety policies and company procedures Qualifications Plumbing or mechanical experience required (licensed plumber a plus) Strong problem-solving and technical skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments Excellent customer service and communication skills Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Join Our Team If you’re a hands-on professional who enjoys solving problems and helping people, Culligan of Brenham is the place for you.
