Finance Lead

A company is looking for a Finance Lead to oversee its financial operations across fiat, digital assets, and DeFi protocols. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable workflows, including vendor onboarding and customer invoicing Ensure financial integrity through full-stack reconciliation of bank accounts, custodians, and wallets Design and implement scalable financial operations infrastructure and automate reconciliation and reporting processes Required Qualifications 6-10+ years of experience in financial operations, treasury, or accounting, preferably in crypto, DeFi, or fintech Experience with crypto accounting and familiarity with blockchain mechanics and wallet architecture Proven ability to build reconciliation systems and operational processes in high-growth environments Strong analytical skills with proficiency in advanced Excel, AI financial tools, and SQL Experience in a regulated crypto environment is a plus
