Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion, and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.How you'll contribute* Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, provides physical therapy services to patients needing to develop, recover and maintain physical mobility/function.* Implements treatment plan developed by supervising therapist using appropriate modalities. Seeksconsultation as necessary.* Monitors patient's responses to the treatment plan. Regularly communicates patient progress and possible goal revisions to the physical therapist.* Documents services provided and patient response/progress.* Educates the patient and family/caregiver about patient deficits.* Assists with patient discharge planning.
