If you are committed to safety, possess strong driving skills, and have a keen eye for quality control, we encourage you to apply.What You'll DoSafely operate a concrete mixer truck in compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies.Deliver concrete to job sites efficiently and accurately.Inspect loads to ensure proper mix consistency and quality (slump, texture, color, etc.).Verify delivery instructions and job site locations before departing the plant.Maintain communication with plant personnel and dispatch for delivery coordination.Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service at all times.Complete required paperwork including delivery tickets, logs, and inspection reports.Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on equipment.Maintain truck cleanliness and perform minor maintenance as needed.Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all safety standards.Support plant operations and assist team members when needed.What We OfferCompetitive pay with opportunities for growthMedical, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays401(k) with Company MatchShort-Term Disability (STD)Long-Term Disability (LTD)Company-Paid Life InsuranceInterested in opportunities in other Knight’s Companies locations?
