Machine Operator - Night Shift

Job Type: Full-timeSalary : From $22.00 per hourSchedule : Hours: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00pm-7:30am 3rd shift (Must be available to train on 1st shift)We are looking for an experience skilled Machine Operator with at least 2 years of experience, to set up, maintain and operate machinery. You'll ensure the interminable and efficient running of production. A great machine operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers. The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried on smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits.Responsibilities Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycleControl and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machinesInspect parts with precision and measuring toolsTest operation of machines periodicallyFix issues that might occur during the shiftCheck output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flawsKeep records of approved and defective units or final productsMaintain activity logsSkills Proven experience as a machine operatorUnderstanding of production proceduresAdherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gearAnalytical skillsAttention to detailTeamwork and communication skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plusMust be outgoing and competent with computer skillsMust speak EnglishForklift experienceAyer, MA 01432: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience :Warehouse experience: 2 years (Required)machine operator: 2 years (Required)Work Location : In personPowered by JazzHR
