Reflexive Concepts is seeking a System Engineer I to join our growing team!Reflexive Concepts is looking for a talented professional to provide 24x7 support to an existing Operations Center for a suite of Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) systems, monitoring systems and delivering Tier 1 and Tier 2 support using JIRA for ticket management.Qualifications Seven (7)+ years of relevant experienceBachelor's Degree or higher in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related disciplineAn additional five (5) years of experience may be substituted for the degree, for a total of twelve (12) years Required:Online and telephone customer supportPublic Key Infrastructure (PKI)Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC)Entitlements ManagementLDAP directoriesSQL and basic database querying abilitiesRESTful servicesTicket tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Redmine, ServiceNow)Linux operating systemsAnalyze system applications and perform troubleshooting.Understand and communicate complex software systems.Modify Confluence pages and write technical documentation to support customers.Assist with educating/training customers on software capabilities.Assist with understanding and defining customer needs.Work independentlyDesired Skills:Must be able to work in a collaborative environment, with minimal supervision
