AI Architect
Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced AI / GenAI Architect to lead the establishment and execution of our AI Center of Excellence (COE). This individual will play a critical role in defining the organization’s AI strategy, building foundational capabilities, and driving the successful delivery of AI-powered solutions across the business.This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a balance of strategic vision, architectural expertise, and technical execution.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine AI / GenAI Strategy & RoadmapLead the development of a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with business objectives, including identification of high-impact use cases, technology direction, and phased roadmap execution.Establish AI Center of Excellence (COE)Design and implement the COE structure, including governance models, operating frameworks, standards, and best practices to enable scalable AI adoption across the organization.Collaborate with Product & Engineering TeamsPartner closely with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI/GenAI use cases that deliver measurable business value.Lead Solution Architecture & Delivery OversightDefine end-to-end solution architectures for AI initiatives and provide technical leadership to ensure robust, scalable, and secure implementations.Hands-on Technical Contribution (30–40%)Actively contribute to prototyping, model evaluation, tool selection, and proof-of-concept development to accelerate innovation and validate approaches.Bridge Business & TechnologyServe as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable AI solutions and ensuring alignment throughout delivery.Required Qualifications10–15+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI/ML, with a strong focus on AI/GenAI architecture and deliveryProven experience in defining and implementing AI strategies at an enterprise levelHands-on experience with GenAI technologies (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, etc.)Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and AI/ML ecosystemsExperience establishing or contributing to AI COEs or similar transformation initiativesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership
