Job Description Process Engineering SupervisorLocation: Minnetonka, MN (On-site) Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000 annually Schedule: Monday-FridayJob Type: Direct HireAbout the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading global aerospace and defense manufacturer to hire a Process Engineering Supervisor for their largest U.S. printed circuit board facility in Minnetonka, MN.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manufacturing professional or a senior/lead engineer ready to step into a leadership role. In this position, you'll lead a team, drive process improvements, and support high-performance manufacturing in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. If you're a hands-on problem solver who enjoys improving processes, leading teams, and making a measurable impact-this could be a great next step in your career.What You'll Do:Lead and develop a team of employees across process engineering and chemical lab functionsSupport and improve manufacturing processes to ensure product quality, compliance, and efficiencyDevelop and maintain process control plans, SOPs, and documentationCollaborate with production teams to resolve real-time manufacturing challengesUtilize statistical analysis and lean principles to drive continuous improvement and increase yields What You Need to Bring:5+ years of manufacturing experience with a strong background in process improvementProven leadership or team lead experience with the ability to mentor and develop othersStrong problem-solving skills with experience using statistical process control toolsExcellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) #metrocareers Ready to Apply?
