Technical Process Engineer

We are seeking a Programming Process Owner to provide technical leadership for robotic programming and process development in manufacturing Equiaxed and Directionally Solidified investment castings. You will optimize robotic programs for shell and ACME grinding, support new product introduction (NPI), and drive continuous improvements in safety, quality, and productivity Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience). Experience: Background in investment casting manufacturing; experience programming/troubleshooting ABB robotic systems using RAPID. Preferred Skills: Robotic grinding or automated finishing, PLCs/ladder logic, Lean/Six Sigma, and Siemens NX 3D CAD. Competencies: Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional communication skills. Key Responsibilities Own, develop, validate, and maintain robotic programs and parameters for shell and ACME grinding operations. Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for process nonconformities. Support automation projects-from equipment specification and commissioning to production implementation. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Quality to optimize cycle times and manufacturing efficiency.
