Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their meal. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities accurately at the end of each shift. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols. Assist with food preparation or kitchen support when needed, including basic food handling and sanitation practices. Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize guest flow during busy hours. Support guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving any concerns with professionalism. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Experience in fine dining settings or nightclubs can be advantageous but is not required. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures is important. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and managing transactions accurately.
