If so, come join the Orlando Informer team as an Arrival Ambassador!As an Arrival Ambassador, you will play an instrumental role in ensuring our guests have a magical experience at our after-hours theme park events. From setting up the check-in area to warmly greeting guests, you will be at the forefront of creating lasting memories.Key Responsibilities:Prepare the check-in area to ensure a smooth and efficient guest registration processProvide a warm welcome to our guests as they arrive for the eventVerify photo IDs and ensure they match the names on our digital check-in systemDistribute credentials and maps to guestsAnswer basic questions about the event, the parks, and Orlando InformerConduct various quality assurance tasks, ensuring every aspect of the event meets Orlando Informer's high standardsPerforms other duties as assigned. RequirementsIn-person availability on Friday and Saturday, June 5-6, and other future Orlando Informer Meetup datesMust be 18 years or olderStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work efficiently and with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environmentMust be reliable and punctualPrevious customer service or event experience is a plusMust comply with all legal requirements and company policiesAuthorization to work in the United StatesWillingness to undergo a background check. The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with reasonable accommodation:Ability to stand for prolonged periods and move around the park as neededAbility to lift and or move up to 40 poundsWorking outdoors in all weather conditions, including direct sunlight, heat, or coldHearing audible voice commands with background noiseRepeating motions more than twice per minute. Ability to maintain alertness and attentiveness for up to 4 hours while working varying hoursAbility to maintain concentration/focus (e.g., ability to interpret the work environment and make decisions on predetermined operating policies and procedures). BenefitsThis is a seasonal, hourly position starting at $22/hour.
