Machine Operator/Assembler

Small, specialized shop is looking to hire a self-motivated Plastic Injection Operator to run machine. Operators are responsible for post production assembly - documenting work, performing quality checks, and labeling and packaging product. This is a very employee oriented company with great benefits and perks! Shift is Monday-Friday from 8am to 4pm. *Duties of the Machine Operator / Assembler:* * Machine operation * Optimization of current processes * De-gate and assemble parts as required * Close attention to detail * Document production of parts and quality *The ideal Machine Operator / Assembler has:* * Knowledge of or the desire to learn plastic injection operator duties * Ability to perform quality checks * Material handling skills including forklift operation * Strong math and measuring skills * Comfortable working in a fast paced, custom job shop * Understanding of ERP/MRP systems * Ability to lift 50 pounds * Experience with small tonnage machines (JSW, Engel, Toshiba) is helpful HS123 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Health savings account * Paid time off Work Location: In person
