Position Summary As a Concrete Laborer, you’ll play a key role in our construction projects, working alongside skilled professionals to bring designs to life. Whether you’re new to the field or looking to grow your skills, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that takes pride in its work. What You’ll Be Doing Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete. - Setting up forms and molds for concrete structures. - Operating tools and equipment safely and efficiently. - Helping maintain a clean and organized job site. - Supporting the team with various tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and to our high standards. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking individuals who are: - Hardworking and eager to learn. - Comfortable working in a physically demanding, outdoor environment. - Team players with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. - Safety-conscious and attentive to detail. No prior experience required, as we will train the right individual. However, concrete and carpentry experienced are prefered.
