Medical Lab Manager

Stability Healthcare is proud to partner with a rural health system serving western Kansas and headquartered in Tribune, KS. The facility boasts a 25-bed critical access hospital, 16-bed Long Term Care Unit, and 2 Family Practice Clinics located in Tribune and neighboring Sharon Springs in Wallace County.Looking for a full time Lab Manager to provide department leadership while supporting the floor staff in performing lab duties. Some of the tests performed are hematology, chem analysis, UA, drug screens, reference labs, blood bank, blood gases – high complexity, full-service lab in rural Greeley County Kansas.Candidate must be MLT or ML certified.This position has a flexible schedule, 4-day workweek and includes limited on-call on a rotating basis.
