This is not an entry-level role — we need someone with creativity, precision, and experience who's ready to elevate our cake program and help drive the store to the next level. Key Responsibilities Design and decorate custom cakes and ice cream cakes to a high standard Manage cake inventory, prep, and production schedules Provide exceptional customer service, including taking custom orders and handling requests Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cake decorating area Support store goals through upselling and quality presentation Collaborate with the team to drive growth and innovation in the cake program Qualifications Professional cake decorating experience required Strong attention to detail and design quality Must be available to work weekends and holidays Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-driven Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
