Baskin Robbins – Cake Decorator Job Description Location: Oxnard Pay: $21-24 Schedule: Must be available weekends About the Role We're looking for a talented and professional Cake Decorator to join our team! This is not an entry-level role — we need someone with creativity, precision, and experience who's ready to elevate our cake program and help drive the store to the next level. Key Responsibilities Design and decorate custom cakes and ice cream cakes to a high standard Manage cake inventory, prep, and production schedules Provide exceptional customer service, including taking custom orders and handling requests Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cake decorating area Support store goals through upselling and quality presentation Collaborate with the team to drive growth and innovation in the cake program Qualifications Professional cake decorating experience required Strong attention to detail and design quality Must be available to work weekends and holidays Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-driven Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus! Our employees are expected to consistently serve quality ice cream and other food products being offered by the company to every customer and participate in the team effort to make sure that guests are served as quickly as possible. They must also maintain quality standards when it comes to handling and preparing ice creams.
