You will lead the development of BIM models and construction documentation, ensuring projects meet the highest standards of accuracy and quality. This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the revitalization of a vibrant community.Key Responsibilities IncludeLead the creation and management of BIM models and construction documentation in Revit for residential projects, ensuring alignment with project milestones.Coordinate internal teams and external consultants (structural, MEP, civil) to integrate drawings, resolve clashes, and maintain coordinated BIM models.Produce and oversee permit-ready documentation and construction sets, incorporating code compliance reviews and design revisions.Perform QA/QC on drawings and models to ensure consistency with company standards, best practices, and project requirements before submissions.Work with Managing Principal with developing office standards and deploying.Support project delivery through RFI responses, submittals, and construction administration tasks.Mentor & manage junior staff and foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment.Maintain schedule adherence and contribute to the overall success of project delivery.Required QualificationsProfessional architecture degree (B.Arch and/or M.Arch)Experience managing a team11-14 years of professional architectural experience with at least 5 years focused on residential architectureAdvanced proficiency in Revit for BIM model development and construction documentationExperience with custom single-family homes, ADUs, and residential rebuildsExperience producing permit-ready residential construction document sets and supporting permitting in LA CountyStrong understanding of residential construction methods and detailingAuthorized to work in the United StatesWilling and able to perform as-needed on-site jobsite visitsPreferred QualificationsProficiency with Bluebeam and ProcoreLicensed Architect in CaliforniaOn track for California architect licensureBenefitsHybrid work schedule: 4 days in-office, 1 day work-from-homeComprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision)Paid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesCollaborative and innovative work environmentSupportive team culture focused on mentorship and growthSalary range for role is $90,000 - $125,000 depending on experienceView your Application History
