If you are a motivated and committed individual, please apply to join our growing team.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in sales efforts to existing and new clients, with Leadership TeamManage the client’s expectations from inception to completionEnforce companywide construction standardsResearch and maintain knowledge of building application methods and materialsProvide oversight and support to construction project teamReview drawings and specifications to ensure that designs comply with client expectationsReview and approve subcontractor selectionManage client contract, change orders, and payments, in association with project managersOversee and approve construction budgets and schedulesAssign tasks to team members and monitor progressAct as a main point of contact for high level client communicationDevelop and review contract documents with clientParticipate in client meetingsUnderstand client needs and requirementsProvide expert advice and solutionsAct as a mentor to junior Project ManagersNetwork and consult with industry professionalsRequirementsHigh School DiplomaAt least 5-10 years of relevant experience with managing commercial construction projects from kick off through completionHands on experience with ProcoreProficiency with applications like Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams)Strong communication skills, both written and verbalMust be a team player with strong organizational skillsWillingness to travel within the continental US, including overnight tripsAnchor is a proud member of the Weaver family, which maintains a drugfree workplace!
