It’s a chance for driven professionals to grow, learn, and make a real difference.If you are interested in exploring the possibilities We Want to Talk to You!The Difference You MakeThe Corporate Investment Banking Associate, FX and Derivatives Middle Office supports a broad range of markets activities across assigned products and business areas, ensuring the accurate and efficient delivery of services to the Bank’s clients.In addition to core operational responsibilities, this role actively contributes to the transformation of operations through data-driven insights and the adoption of automation and AI-based solutions.The Associate plays a key role in maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and, where applicable, external clients, contributing to a high standard of service delivery.Performs a variety of complex, non-routine operational tasks to support team objectivesInvestigates and resolves escalated issues, determining appropriate corrective actionsExecutes complex transactions and conducts detailed research to resolve discrepanciesSupports onboarding and training of new employees on systems, processes, and proceduresOperate in a fast-paced multicultural environmentContributes to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance workflows, policies, and operational processesLeverages data analysis, automation tools, and AI technologies to improve efficiency and reduce manual effortParticipates in implementing process improvements and operational changesWhat You BringTo perform this role successfully, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to execute core responsibilities effectively while bringing a mindset focused on innovation and continuous improvement. The qualifications below represent the required knowledge, skills, and experience.Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience – Required2+ years of experience in financial services, or a data/analytics-focused role within banking – RequiredExperience with Capital Markets Middle Office and Operations processesWorking knowledge of financial markets and commercial banking productsExperience with Murex, MarkitWire, and other marketplace applicationsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsProficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and workflow optimizationHands-on experience with OpenAI tools or similar AI/LLM technologies, with the ability to apply them to real business use casesInterest and experience in process automation, digitization, and operational efficiency initiativesAbility to review and interpret financial documentationExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholdersStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ability to adapt quickly and collaborate effectively within a teamCertificationsNo Certifications listed for this job.It Would Be Nice For You To HaveExperience with FX, Derivative, and Credit products and operational workflowsExperience working with data visualization or analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in team-oriented environmentsFluency in Spanish (written and spoken)Experience working in global or cross-border teamsWillingness and ability to work within a global team, collaborating across different time zones and culturesWhat Else You Need To KnowThe base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week.
