We owe our success to the quality of our employees, our strong commitment to safety, and our superior service to customers.Position SummaryThe Document Control Specialist is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and distribution of technical, quality, and operational documentation supporting compressor package manufacturing and field operations. This position works closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure documentation is accurate, current, and readily available while supporting departmental and company objectives.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesCreate, maintain, revise, and distribute electronic support manuals and technical documentation.Update existing documentation to reflect engineering, manufacturing, and operational changes.Research and maintain current quality control and technical literature.Assist with the development and maintenance of Technical Service Bulletins.Prepare and maintain quality control documentation for compressor packages and components.Support warranty documentation and reporting processes.Maintain document control systems, filing systems, and records retention requirements.Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.Compile, track, and enter data for departmental reports and logs.Maintain and update Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and related documentation.Respond to document requests and provide administrative support to internal stakeholders.Ensure documentation is submitted and maintained within required timeframes.Perform other duties as assigned.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required.Associate degree in Business Administration, Technical Studies, or a related field preferred.ExperienceMinimum five (5) years of experience in document control, quality administration, technical documentation, manufacturing support, or a related field.Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, compression, or oil and gas operations preferred.Experience with document management and quality control processes preferred.Skills And AbilitiesStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical documents, procedures, and manuals.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro required.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.Commitment to accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement.
