What You'll DoMaintain a professional presence, conduct proactive campus patrols, keep staff and visitors safe Use calm verbal de-escalation to manage conflicts and disruptions Act as a capable first responder during emergencies Build professional relationships while maintaining clear boundaries Write clear, factual incident reports and support operational excellence RequirementsMinimum five years of Armed Security experience In addition to armed security experience, military and/or law enforcement experience is required PA Act 235 Certification and PA Concealed Carry Permit Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and professional demeanor No disqualifying criminal history PreferredCPR/First Aid/AED To support Cardinal Point's commitment to a drug-free workplace, employees may be subject to random drug testingCardinal Point Security Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
