Apply via Dice today!Hi,The Following Requirement are given belowRole: SAP Functional Consultant (Lead / Principal SAP S/4HANA Finance & Treasury)Location: Omaha, NE (Hybrid) Experience: 15+ years.Job Description: Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the lead SAP Treasury and Cash Management subject matter expert driving the S/4HANA modernization programFacilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and current-state process mapping engagements to establish a clear baselineConvert business requirements into actionable SAP functional specifications and detailed configuration documentationConfigure SAP S/4HANA Treasury and Cash Management modules, encompassing the One Exposure framework, Liquidity Items, bank account hierarchies, and Fiori app enablementPrototype and demonstrate solutions to business stakeholders for validation prior to full-scale implementationAuthor and execute integration test scripts, UAT scenarios, and cutover plans to ensure a smooth transitionWork alongside ABAP developers to systematically decommission Z-programs and custom tables in favor of standard SAP functionalityDevelop end-user training materials and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to drive adoptionDeliver hypercare support following go-live and establish a structured support and maintenance runbookServe as a trusted advisor on SAP Treasury best practices within a multi-entity construction and engineering environmentRequired Qualification Experience15-20 years of SAP functional consulting experience with deep, hands-on expertise in SAP Treasury (TRM) and Cash ManagementA minimum of 3 full-lifecycle SAP implementations, with at least 2 completed as Greenfield S/4HANA deploymentsExtensive configuration experience across SAP S/4HANA Cash Management capabilities, spanning Cash Flow Analyzer, Cash Positioning, In-House Banking, Liquidity Forecasting, Cash Pooling, and Cash ConcentrationStrong command of the One Exposure framework and Liquidity Item configuration across diverse source types, including AR/AP Open Items, Payroll, GL Postings, Bank Statements, and Treasury DealsProven ability to spearhead discovery phases, identify business pain points, and deliver compelling solution proposals to senior and executive stakeholdersDemonstrated experience decommissioning custom ABAP and Z-program landscapes by transitioning to standard SAP functionalityTechnical SkillsMastery of SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) with a sharp focus on Treasury and Cash ManagementComprehensive understanding of SAP Fiori app deployment, configuration, and UX design as applied to Treasury workflowsPractical knowledge of bank account hierarchy management, EBS reconciliation, and house bank configurationExposure to SAP Integration Suite or comparable middleware solutions enabling bank connectivity and payment processingFamiliarity with SAP BTP and its extensibility features for Treasury-specific enhancementsHolds a current SAP S/4HANA Finance or Treasury certificationHands-on experience managing SAP Cash Management migrations from ECC to S/4HANA, including the conversion of legacy memo records to Liquidity ItemsGrounded in SAP Activate methodology and experienced in facilitating Fit-to-Standard workshopsFunctional & Domain KnowledgeIn-depth understanding of corporate treasury operations, encompassing cash forecasting, pooling, netting, funds concentration, FX management, and investment and redemption trackingPrior experience in construction, engineering, or other capital-intensive industries with complex, multi-entity organizational structures is strongly preferredWell-versed in intercompany settlement processes and the operational dynamics of centralized payment hubsKnowledgeable in banking landscape management and the complexities of sustaining bank hierarchies across a broad portfolio of legal entities
