Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.How you'll make an impact in this roleDeliver high-quality direct patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN), ensuring safe, evidence-based interventions aligned with organizational policies and clinical standards.Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans, evaluating outcomes and adjusting treatment to optimize patient safety and recovery.Administer physician and nursing orders promptly, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and advancing quality improvement initiatives.Lead discharge planning efforts, collaborating with patients and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe transitions and effective post-acute care planning.What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.Advanced Life Support preferred.
