The Disability Insurance (DI) Branch is seeking a forward-thinking and results-oriented Supervisor II to lead critical training and development efforts.In this pivotal role, you will oversee two essential units within the Field Office Training and Development Group. These teams are responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training programs that support staff across the Disability Insurance and Paid Family Leave programs. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing workforce capability and ensuring training programs align with organizational goals, policy changes, and the evolving needs of the program.As a key leader, you will drive training development strategies, oversee the design and delivery of integrated training programs, and manage training-related reporting and analytics to support employee performance and program effectiveness.
