You should have experience working in research teams prototyping and developing AI/ML algorithms. You will support the development of AI/ML algorithms in a multitude of disciplines including object detection/classification, natural language processing, time series prediction/classification, reinforcement learning, and large language models.We offer generous relocation benefits for eligible candidates.In support of work/life balance, many positions are available for a flexible schedule within the pay period. Ask us about the opportunity for flex scheduling if that’s of interest to you.ResponsibilitiesImplement machine learning algorithms as part of a small interdisciplinary teamAnalyze large multi-domain datasets including images, text, time series, and graph dataReview and apply cutting-edge research publicationsCreate technical documentation and user guidesUnderstand training and deployment pipelines including AWS servicesProvide training and mentoring to team membersRequired QualificationsB.S. in machine learning, computer science, mathematics, or related field8+ years of AI/ML development experienceProficiency with Python and ML libraries such as PyTorch, Lightning, OpenCV, NumPy, PolarsExperience with supervised and unsupervised learningExperience with deep learning architecturesExperience contributing on a team using version control (e.g. git, GitLab, Bitbucket)Active TS/SCI U.S. Government Security ClearancePreferred QualificationsM.S. or PhD in relevant technical fieldExperience leading interdisciplinary teamsExperience with MCP, Microsoft Agent Framework, HuggingFace, LangChain, OpenCVExperience with GenAI Ops techniques (e.g. LLM-as-a-judge) and frameworks (e.g. LangFuse, MLFlow, Arize Phoenix)Experience with LLMs, Transformers, YOLO, GANs, Reinforcement LearningLinux and AWS experienceExperience with CUDA and Python libraries such as CuPy, Numba, CuSignal, CuDF, etc.Experience in application deployment, virtualization, and containerization (e.g. Podman, Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher)Familiarity with using AWS cloud computing resources such as EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.Pay Range: $155,000 - $200,000Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.The application window will close in 60 days for this position.
