Low Level Virtualization Architect (5557)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Low Level Virtualization Architect to join our client’s team. This is a remote contract position.SALARY: $80-$100 per hour (depending on experience).Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Only candidates authorized to work in the US without sponsorship should apply.Requirements5+ years of experience in solutions architecture or infrastructure, including blade chassis, servers, hypervisors, storage, and backup solutions5+ years of experience with VMware and related products in enterprise environmentsStrong understanding of virtualization technologies and software-defined data centersCertification in VCIX, VCAP, VCP, VCDX, CCIE, or VMCEExperience with automation and IaC tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or SaltStackResponsibilitiesDesign and implement VMware VCF (Cloud Foundation), including both Brownfield and Greenfield deploymentsLead architecture analysis, system migration, and systems engineering tasksDevelop and deploy automation solutions using Ansible, Terraform, or SaltStackConfigure and upgrade virtualization environments, including vSAN, SAN, and virtual networking (NSX)Serve as a technical lead and mentor for team members, overseeing project outcomesStay current with industry trends and emerging technologiesNextpath Workforce SolutionsNextPath is a strategic talent partner connecting skilled professionals with organizations driving innovation and growth.
