Role Description This is a full-time position for a Commercial Loan Workout Officer. The Commercial Loan Workout Officer will manage distressed loan portfolios by negotiating loan modifications, restructuring agreements, and providing creative financial solutions. Key responsibilities include analyzing loan files, collaborating with borrowers to resolve delinquencies, assessing financial statements, and interacting with clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves creating strategic plans to minimize risk and optimize recovery outcomes.
