You’ll assist in overseeing oversee property performance, develop and mentor site leaders, and partner closely with senior leadership to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and resident satisfaction.What You’ll DoLead, coach, and develop Property Managers and site teamsConduct regular property and unit walks to evaluate curb appeal, conditions, and opportunitiesExecute move-in and renewal file auditsEnsure strong marketing execution and compliance across all sitesDrive occupancy, renewal capture, and rental rate performanceMonitor collections, bad debt, and adherence to Monarch policiesOversee physical inspections, safety standards, and capital needsEnsure all required site meetings, training, and certifications are completedReview weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operational reportsImplement strategic initiatives to increase income, reduce expenses, and grow NOIAddress escalated resident concerns and potential legal mattersPartner with Regional and Asset Management leadership on portfolio strategyWho Thrives Here5+ years of multifamily experience as a Regional Property Manager or equivalentExperience leading 15+ employees across multiple communitiesProven success driving portfolio financial performanceStrong leadership style rooted in coaching, accountability, and servant leadershipSolid understanding of budgeting, financial statements, and portfolio operationsExperience with property management software (Yardi preferred)Working knowledge of Fair Housing, local/state/federal regulations, and market conditionsComfortable overseeing maintenance operations, capital planning, and rehab projectsCompensation & Benefits$75,000 - $90,000 base salary Annual bonus potential 401(k) with up to 3% company matchBlue Cross Blue Shield medical insurance, $45/month for employeeVision, dental, and life insurancePaid Time Off:Year 1: 80 hours, 2–4yrs: 120 hours, 5+yrs: 160 hoursPaid holidays starting day one20% rent discount at Monarch communities (terms apply)Longevity benefit, every 5 years: 3-week paid vacation or bonusApply today and grow your career with Monarch.This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, drug screening, and credit review.Equal Opportunity Employer
