Senior Business Development Officer - Factoring

This is an opportunity for a senior originator to help shape that next chapter.We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Business Development Officer who knows how to open doors, structure smart deals, and build a pipeline from the ground up. You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy, backed by an experienced credit, underwriting, and operations team that knows how to get deals done. If you’re motivated by ownership, market opportunity, and the ability to make a visible impact - this role is built for you.Some travel is required for business development, relationship management, and industry engagement. Candidates are preferably located in Texas.What You’ll DoOriginate and close new business through relationships with middle-market clients and referral partnersBuild and manage your own pipeline from outreach through closingStructure tailored working capital solutions including full-service, recourse/non-recourse tailored to each client’s needsOwn the deal lifecycle in partnership with credit, underwriting, legal, and operationsAssess risk and structure deals including advance rates, reserves, pricing, and covenantsPresent opportunities internally and advocate for your dealsMaintain client relationships post-close and identify growth opportunitiesMonitor market trends and competitive dynamicsRepresent the company at industry events and networking opportunitiesHow You Will Make an ImpactTrue ownership – You build your pipelineExpansion-focused – Grow beyond transportation into new industriesStrong execution support from internal teamsEntrepreneurial environment with strategic inputWhat Experience You BringBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
