AP/AR Specialist

AP/AR Specialist Ocean Beauty Seafoods in Boise, ID is looking for an AP/AR Specialist. This position requires a detail-oriented self-starter with strong organizational and math and interpersonal communication skills. Must be capable of working productively under heavy deadline pressure and with competing priorities, despite constant interruptions from telephones and staff. Duties: Ensures that all company purchases and expenditures are processed and paid in a timely and accurate manner. Calls customers regarding late payments and sends out monthly statements. Process and place payment received to appropriate customer account. Research cash receipts, coding, and posting of receipts. Assist with month end closing.
