Lead and manage building automation integration projects for enterprise-level customersIdentify resources, budgetary needs, and project scope for projects of varying size and complexity.Execute projects through effective scheduling, delegation, and coordination with specialists, technicians, and engineersServe as the primary technical liaison for field teams and communicate regularly with the Operations Manager/ COO to ensure alignment.Hands-on integration, troubleshooting, commissioning, and optimization of BAS systems.Identify sales opportunities and coordinate with Account Managers for add-ons, service contracts, and new project opportunities with new and existing clients.Minimum 5 years progressive experience in BAS integration, HVAC systems, or project management within the controls industry.Demonstrated knowledge of HVAC and BAS systemsNiagara N4 TCP certification is highly preferredHas grown dramatically in the last 2 years!Provides great benefits!Collaborative teamwork environment!
