Please review this Notice and our Privacy Policy.By providing your personal information to as part of the recruitment or application process, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information bySnell & Wilmer consistent with this Notice.By clicking “consent” or “I accept”, you acknowledge that you read and agree to Snell and Wilmer L.L.P.:Privacy Policy and Privacy Notice for California Residents located at https://www.swlaw.com/legal/privacy-policy.Marketing & Events Coordinator Job DetailsSnell & Wilmer, one of the largest law firms in the Western United States, is seeking a full-time Marketing & Events Coordinator to work from the firm’s Phoenix, Arizona office.This individual, reporting to the firm’s Phoenix-based Senior Director of Marketing, will support the firm’s event and marketing efforts in Phoenix, and may also aid, as needed, for firmwide projects and initiatives.Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Coordinate and contribute to the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, seminars, and special events helping to ensure seamless logistics and high-quality attendee experienceSupport marketing and business development initiatives through client engagement activities, and relationship-building opportunities with internal and external stakeholdersAssist with event-related research, sponsorships, memberships, ticketing, and vendor relationships to facilitate client development and networking opportunitiesCollaborate on firm’s client relationship management software, Interaction, and firm mailingsContribute positively to team’s success and reputation by building and fostering strategic relationships internally and externallyAssist in processing and monitoring events and marketing-related expensesProvide on-site event support, including registration, guest coordination, meeting setup, and troubleshooting as neededAll other duties and projects as assigned or requiredExperience And QualificationsAt least two to three years of events/marketing experienceBachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or related field is helpfulUnderstanding of legal marketing industryAbility to work well with others and maintain positive and cooperative working relationships internally and externallyExcellent verbal/written/interpersonal communication skills within a variety of settingsAbility to work well under pressure within a deadline-driven environmentExcellent project management and organizational skillsAbility to present a professional and polished image and demeanorProficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, social media platforms, and CRM management is neededAbility to work extended and/or weekend hours, as requiredAbility to travel, as requiredSnell & Wilmer offers a competitive performance-based compensation and a generous benefits package starting on your first day.
