In this role, you will provide specialized care for patients recovering from chronic illnesses, injuries, or surgeries. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.Weekly Pay BreakdownThis travel assignment offers a highly competitive compensation package:Hourly Rate: $35.00/hrWeekly Taxable Income: $1,260.00Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend (Housing/Meals): $1,246.00Total Weekly Gross: $2,506.00ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting during the night shift.Monitor patient progress and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and physicians to implement recovery plans.Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care and injury prevention.Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with facility protocols.Qualifications & RequirementsLicense: Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.Certifications: Current CPR/BLS certification.Experience: Previous experience in Rehabilitation or Medical-Surgical nursing is preferred.Mindset: A positive, "patient-first" attitude with the flexibility required for travel nursing.Why Herrin, IL?Located in the heart of Southern Illinois, Herrin offers a charming small-town atmosphere with easy access to beautiful state parks and outdoor recreation.
