Responsibilities Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient service. Mix and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol regulations. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations. Manage multiple tables or bar stations with excellent time management, ensuring timely delivery of orders even during busy hours. Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures, balancing registers at shift end. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including bar stations, dining spaces, and service stations. Support catering, banquet events, or nightclub services as needed, demonstrating flexibility across different hospitality settings. Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that creates a welcoming atmosphere. Experience in fine dining environments or food industry settings that require attention to detail and professionalism. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals accurately. Previous experience in nightclub, banquet, or catering environments is a plus; retail math skills are also beneficial.
