Role Description The Clinical Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities include overseeing clinical operations, managing team workflows, ensuring compliance with quality improvement initiatives, and coordinating care and training for clinical staff. The Clinical Manager is tasked with maintaining high standards of care, aligning clinical practices with regulatory requirements, supporting staff development, and fostering a positive, client-centered environment. Qualifications Experience in Clinical Operations, including managing workflows, scheduling, and resource allocationSkilled in Training clinical staff to ensure best practices and professional developmentKnowledge of Home Care protocols and processesUnderstanding of Medicine, including patient care, diagnosis, and treatment strategiesProficiency in implementing Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomesStrong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on teamwork and collaborationExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsExperience or certification in substance use treatment or behavioral health care is advantageousMaster’s degree in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Nursing, is preferredState licensure in a clinical discipline (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent) is required
