Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bookkeeper role located in Biddeford, ME. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining and updating financial records, managing accounts, and preparing financial reports. Day-to-day tasks include recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, creating journal entries, and assisting in financial statement preparation. The role requires the use of accounting software and ensuring the accuracy of financial data while adhering to company policies and procedures. Qualifications Proficiency in Bookkeeping, Journal Entries, and financial record managementExperience with Financial Statements and basic Finance principlesFamiliarity with Accounting Software and related toolsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively within an on-site teamRelevant certifications or a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field are a plusPrior experience in the construction industry is beneficial
