At the same time, you’ll take care of hands-on operational work like receiving shipments, checking products, and keeping inventory accurate and organized.This role also acts as a bridge within the team, so we’re looking for someone communicative and proactive who can keep things moving and help everyone stay aligned.What You’ll Do:Manage all customer support (email, chat, social DMs)Respond to customers in a clear, friendly, and on-brand wayHandle and resolve a wide range of customer inquiries, including but not limited to product questions, orders, shipping, returns, refunds, and replacementsReceive, organize, and process incoming shipmentsPerform product quality checksMaintain accurate and up-to-date inventory recordsConduct regular stock counts and track inventory levelsCommunicate with team members to keep operations running smoothlySupport general day-to-day office needs as they come upWhat We’re Looking For:Strong written communication skills (you’ll be communicating with customers & our team daily)Outgoing and communicative — comfortable working with others and acting as a bridge within the teamResponsible and able to take ownership of your workOrganized and detail-orientedAble to multitask and stay efficient in a fast-paced environmentQuick, proactive, and able to get things done without constant directionComfortable using basic tools (email, spreadsheets, order systems)Comfortable with hands-on work, including receiving shipments and lifting boxes up to 55 lbsPrior 1-2 year of customer service experience required; operations or inventory experience is a plusDetails:Location: 90064 Los Angeles, CAPay: $25/hourSchedule: 6 hours/day, 5 days/week (~30 hours/week) during core business hoursPerks:Employee discounts & Free productsOn-site perks (snacks, pet-friendly workspace, and more)401K with company matching (Full-Time Employees)Health insurance (Full-Time Employees)PTO (Full-Time Employees)
