Pressure Washing Specialist/Window Cleaner Technician

We start at 7:30 am with flexible hours. Our team enjoys a fun and friendly atmosphere with flexible working hours or days. You hate Mondays, we can work around that! Working alone or in pairs, we spend more than 50% of our time outside in the fresh air! Physical requirements include: able to stand on feet for long periods of time, able to lift up to 60 lbs., able to do repetitive motion with hands, wrist, and arms, able to work with arms above head, able to bend and squat to ground level, able to work in temperatures ranging from 0 to 110 degrees, and able to assemble, lift and climb ladders up to 30 feet. Other qualifications include: valid driver's license, reliable transportation, liability car insurance, ability to use your own smartphone to use GPS and follow directions, provide excellent customer service, write legibly and speak clearly, able to count money and make change, self-motivated and able to work alone, experience using commercial pressure washers and ability to troubleshoot and repair onsite, and experience driving with a trailer in tow. FISH offers: paid training, no experience necessary, pay is 30% of each job completed plus hourly pay, no nights or weekends, flexible hours, full or part-time available year-round, tips and additional commission opportunities, inside and outside work, equipment and uniforms furnished, profit-sharing, personal time off earnings program plus bonus program. Compensation: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
