Job Details:Title: Learning DesignerDuration: 6 Months contractLocation: Hartford, CTProficiency in MS Office products and proficient with rapid developmentauthoring tools.Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS), LearnerExperience Platform (LXP), Digital Adoption Platform (DAP), andLearning Record Store (LRS).Knowledge of incorporating multimedia elements (audio, video, andgraphics) into blended learning solutions.Experience with project management tools and techniques.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to collaborateeffectively with business partners and maintain productive professionalrelationships.Ability to self-review and meet rigorous quality standards.Demonstrated focus on continuous self-learning and exploring newtrends, strategies, and practices in the talent development field.Minimum Qualifications:Two years of experience in instructional design/curriculumdesign/learning technologies, adult learning, or business-related field.
