Skilled Press Brake Operator - Earn $23+/hr (DOE) Role: Press Brake Operator Compensation: $23+/hr starting rate, dependent on experience (DOE) Hours: Monday – Thursday, 6:00am-4:30PM (4 x 10-hour shifts) At PrideStaff we're looking for an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our clients dedicated team and transform raw metal into high-quality, precise components What You'll Be Doing Operation & Shaping: Operate and maintain press brake machines to accurately bend and shape metal components per job specifications. Blueprint Mastery: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders to determine correct tooling, machine settings, and bending methods. You must have experience with geometric tolerances. Setup & Adjustment: Install, align, and adjust dies and punches precisely based on material and job requirements. Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for accuracy and make necessary adjustments to ensure every component meets our high-quality standards. Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine machine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, troubleshooting) and strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols. What you bring A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience operating press brake machines in a metal fabrication environment. Knowledge of press brake operation, tooling, and routine machine maintenance. The ability to lift heavy materials up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods during your shift.
