Dupont Highway, New Castle, DE, 19720)Contact Name: DHSS Talent AcquisitionContact Phone: 302-220-5830Summary: A class incumbent performs social service administration work overseeing the compliance functions for DSS operations and non-operations assisting the Director or Deputy Director in the areas of policy interpretation, rules and regulation compliance and supporting all relevant Federal, State, Department and Division initiatives. The Chief of Compliance will oversee compliance of performance evaluation completion, Alternative Work Agreements, eStar inquiries and resolutions, auditing overtime and timesheets for contractual employees, monitoring customer service, and reviewing and monitoring integrity data and resolving data breach issues within the Division of Social Services. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for the management of the internal case reader project.
