From personal use to professional applications, MechMaxx equipment is made to make your work easier and more efficient.What You’ll DoAs a Sales & Service Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent support and ensuring a smooth purchase experience.Your responsibilities will include:Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systemsAssisting with order updates, delivery coordination, and issue resolutionManaging warranty claims and coordinating with internal teams for service requestsMaintaining detailed records of customer interactions and follow-upsProviding product information and guidance on usage or setupEnsuring a professional and courteous customer experience at all timesWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree preferred2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or machinery/equipment sectorsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalismExperience with customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Gladly, etc.) is a plusStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesYou must be authorized to work in the United StatesBilingual Spanish/English is a plus but not requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary ($60,000 - 65,000/year)Quarterly performance-based bonusesCommissions based on performanceHybrid work scheduleHealth benefits, PTO, and moreA supportive, mission-driven work culture focused on growth and accountability
