Location: Hartford & Waterbury, CTPosition Overview:A multi-specialty practice focused on injury recovery therapy is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon for a flexible locum tenens opportunity in Connecticut. This is a consult-focused, outpatient role with no surgical responsibilities, ideal for providers seeking supplemental income with a minimal time commitment.Providers will work approximately 2 days per month, splitting time between Hartford and Waterbury (one day in each location). The schedule is highly flexible, allowing you to choose your working days, excluding Sundays and Wednesdays.Start Date: ImmediateEnd Date: OngoingSchedule:2 days per month1 day in Hartford, 1 day in WaterburyFlexible scheduling (any day except Sunday or Wednesday)Responsibilities:Perform orthopedic consultations for injury recovery patientsEvaluate patients and provide treatment recommendationsNo surgical procedures requiredPractice Details:Outpatient settingAll appointments scheduled by the practiceBilling handled by the organizationStreamlined workflow with administrative supportCompensation:$275 per hourRequirements:Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic SurgeonActive Connecticut medical license required
