Quality Manager

Seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to lead the company's ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, champion continuous improvement, and build a strong culture of quality across manufacturing operations.ResponsibilitiesThis role is responsible for ensuring compliance with customer requirements, leading audits, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions, improving manufacturing processes, and partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.Required SkillsThe ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of manufacturing quality leadership experience, with expertise in ISO 9001:2015, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and sheet metal manufacturing. Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills are required, along with experience using quality tools, inspection equipment (CMM preferred), Microsoft Office, and ERP systems.
