Commercial Real Estate Attorney (5+ Years)

Highly regarded and rapidly growing entrepreneurial commercial real estate law firm is seeking a mid-to-senior level attorney to join an established transactional real estate practice with continued growth.The role involves sophisticated work advising clients on complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, joint ventures, and real estate finance matters. The position offers direct client exposure, significant deal responsibility, and close collaboration with senior attorneys on high-value transactions across multiple asset classes nationwide.Ideal candidates will have:5+ years of transactional commercial real estate experience in a large law firm, mid-size firm, or comparable sophisticated practice environmentStrong experience with one or more of the following: commercial leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, and real estate financeDirect client-facing experience advising institutional, sponsor-side, and/or entrepreneurial real estate clients on transaction strategy and risk allocationInterest in leadership, mentorship, client development, and long-term growth within an entrepreneurial platformThis firm offers sophisticated, national commercial real estate work within a collegial and entrepreneurial environment. Attorneys benefit from direct client engagement, substantial responsibility, integrated legal AI tools, and flexibility that is often unavailable in larger institutional settings.Compensation: $200,000–$250,000 base salary, competitive and commensurate with experience, plus discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
