No five-days-a-week-in-office mandate.The Role:We're looking for a talented senior legal administrative or executive assistant with 8–10 years of experience supporting attorneys or senior professionals, ideally within a Private Client or Trusts & Estates practice. You should be comfortable managing the full administrative backbone of a high-touch, high-net-worth client practice and have a track record of building long-term, trusted partnerships with the attorneys you support. Bonus points if you've worked at a Boston-area law firm with a strong T&E bench or have family office/wealth management experience.What You’ll Do:Serve as the right hand to Private Client attorneys, developing deep familiarity with their practices, clients, and workflowsManage the flow of inbound information, organizing and prioritizing requests from internal and external clients through to completionDraft, format, proofread, and edit legal documents, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets with expert-level precisionOwn calendaring, conflict checks, time entry, and client billing preparation — ensuring nothing falls through the cracksCoordinate logistics for meetings, in-person signings, events, travel arrangements, and expense reconciliationTrack business development activities and follow-ups, and relay communications between partners, associates, paralegals, and firm staffManage client/matter files and title files, arrange service of process, hand deliveries, and conference callsWhat We're Looking For:8- 10 years of administrative, legal, or executive assistant experienceLegal administrative or executive assistant at a law firmSupported attorneys or senior principals directly, not pool- basedPrivate Client or Trusts & Estates practice support experienceExperience with client billing, time entry, and conflict checks4+ years tenure in at least one prior seatExperience supporting HNW clients or family office environmentBusiness development tracking and follow- up coordination experienceBA/BS degree preferred but not requiredExpert- level Microsoft Word including styles and formattingStrong proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, and ExcelProficient with PDF tools such as Kofax or AdobeExperience with legal time- and- billing systems (e. g. , Aderant, Intapp)Exceptional discretion handling confidential family and financial mattersAnticipatory and proactive; identifies next steps without promptingMeticulous attention to detail in documents and schedulingPoised, professional demeanor with HNW clients and attorneys
