I this role, you will have the chance to work closely with leadership to help build and shape the foundation of clinical services from day one.This is not a one size fits all role. We support the rest.Qualifications Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Special Education, or a related field Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB Current state licensure or eligibility in Maryland (MD) Experience in ABA service delivery and supervision of RBTs Passion for ethical, family centered care Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving structure and processes Strong clinical and professional judgment with the ability to operate with autonomy Collaborative mindset and willingness to partner closely with leadership and team members Adaptable and solutions-oriented approach to building and refining systems Desire to shape clinical programming, standards, and team culture from the ground upIf you are looking for a more flexible, supportive way to practice as a BCBA while helping build something from the ground up, we would love to chat!
