Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics on motorcycles using diagnostics tools to identify issues quickly and accurately Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire replacements, brake repairs, and suspension adjustments to keep bikes in top condition Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering techniques to assemble, repair, or modify motorcycle parts and systems Inspect and repair mechanical components including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, and electrical systems Assist with assembly and disassembly during repairs or upgrades while adhering to safety standards Conduct heavy lifting of motorcycle parts and components safely to facilitate repairs and maintenance tasks Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process Experience Dealership experience or experience working in an automotive or motorcycle service environment preferred Proven service technician experience with a strong background in motorcycle diagnostics and repairs Mechanical knowledge of motorcycle systems including engines, brakes, suspensions, electrical wiring, and welding techniques Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and welding processes required for motorcycle repair Prior mechanic experience involving vehicle maintenance, assembly, or repair work preferred Customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to clients Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repair procedures Join us if you’re ready to fuel your passion for motorcycles while delivering exceptional service!
