Key Responsibilities Lead the business intelligence strategy and execution Define and maintain the BI roadmap aligned with business priorities Deliver insights across revenue, labor, guest experience, and financial performance Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data leadership Hospitality experience within hotels, resorts, or hospitality management companies Hands-on experience with DataVision, ProfitSword, Opera PMS, and Power BI Strong understanding of hotel operations and financial reporting Proven ability to operate independently while building scalable programs
