This is a unique opportunity to join a growing business at an early stage, take on meaningful responsibility, and help shape the systems, processes, and client experience that define our brand.This is a fully in-person role based in Washington, DC. We believe the best ideas come from collaboration, mentorship, and working side by side. You'll work directly alongside the founder, gain exposure to every aspect of the business, and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one.This is not a traditional administrative role. It's an opportunity for someone who enjoys building, improving, organizing, and making ambitious ideas happen.What You'll DoBuild Exceptional Client ExperiencesDeliver a concierge-level experience from first conversation through closingCoordinate every detail to ensure transactions run seamlesslyMaintain proactive communication with clients, vendors, lenders, title companies, and agentsCreate a polished, organized, and memorable experience for every clientDrive Business OperationsManage residential transactions from contract to closingBuild and refine operational systems and workflowsOversee calendars, scheduling, and project managementCoordinate listing launches, marketing initiatives, client events, and special projectsManage CRM systems, databases, and business processesIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency as the business growsPartner with the FounderServe as a trusted right hand and strategic thought partnerAnticipate needs and solve problems before they ariseKeep priorities organized and projects moving forwardBring structure, accountability, and follow-through to every aspect of the businessWho You AreWe're less interested in your industry background than we are in how you approach your work.You are someone who:Thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environmentLoves creating order from complexityIs exceptionally organized and detail-orientedTakes ownership and follows throughCommunicates with confidence, professionalism, and warmthIs resourceful, proactive, and solutions-orientedEnjoys working directly with founders and helping build a growing businessReal estate experience is a plus, but not required.
